OUR STORY
Emma Fernandes founded Studio Fernandes after renovating her own home, an experience that led her to study both project management and interior design before taking on smaller projects of her own. That early work grew steadily into the studio it is today, built around residential renovations across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW.

Demi is for homeowners who have the confidence and experience to manage their own project, but want the clarity and creative direction of a professionally considered design.
We develop the complete design concept, bringing together spatial planning, layouts, materials, finishes and specifications into a cohesive set of design documentation. Once complete, the project is handed over ready for you and your chosen team to bring to life.

Full Service is our most comprehensive design offering, guiding your project from the earliest concepts through to the final details.
We remain closely involved throughout the design and construction process, working alongside you, your builder and trades to ensure every decision made along the way remains true to the original design intent. Questions are answered, details are resolved and the inevitable changes that arise during construction are considered within the context of the whole home.
The result is a more cohesive project, with an experienced designer beside you from concept through to completion.
