If you're renovating a room or two and want a clear design plan to hand to your builder, this is where most people start. I work out the layout, specify the materials, and pull it all together into one direction so you stop second-guessing yourself on tiles, taps, and finishes.
You leave with a complete plan. What goes where, what to buy, and where to buy it. No Pinterest spirals. No "near enough" substitutions at the showroom.

For whole-home renovations and custom builds, where the decisions stop being about tiles and start being about how the house actually works. Lighting, joinery, electrical layout, every elevation. The kind of detail your builder needs so you don't end up with "builder's choice" anything.

Design + Project
Management
For clients who'd rather not be the one fielding calls from the electrician, approving samples on a Tuesday afternoon, or wondering if the tiler got the layout right. I run the design side of the build from the day they break ground until the day you walk through the finished home.
You hired a builder to build and a designer to design. This is me doing both jobs properly so you can focus on yours.

Once the design is finalised, the next steps will depend on the level of service selected. For full-service projects, I can assist with coordinating selections, liaising with suppliers and supporting the implementation process. For consultation-based services, you'll receive the guidance, recommendations and documentation needed to confidently move forward with your builder, trades or independently.
