Ways to work with us
Full Service
For substantial renovations and custom homes with a construction budget of $300,000 or more. From the earliest concept through to completion, we guide the design, documentation, selections and key decisions, working closely with your builder and project team to ensure the original intent is carried through.
Consulting
For clients who need considered design advice at a specific point in their project. Consulting may include spatial problem-solving, material and colour selections, reviewing existing plans or refining a design direction. Each session is focused on providing clarity where it is most needed.
Demi Design
For homeowners who want a clear design direction and the confidence to manage the project themselves. Demi Design brings together spatial planning, materials, finishes, fixtures and documentation into one cohesive concept, ready for you and your chosen team to deliver.
Furnishing & Styling
For homes requiring a complete furnishing direction, from permanent furniture procurement through to the final styling details. We develop a considered scheme, source pieces that support the space, coordinate delivery and oversee installation, ensuring every element settles into place as intended. A minimum furniture budget of $20,000 applies.
Our Process
Every project is different, but the process is grounded in the same principles: understand how the home needs to work, establish a clear direction and carry that thinking through every decision.
Discover
We begin by understanding your home, your lifestyle and what you want the project to achieve. This stage gives us the opportunity to identify possibilities, address challenges and establish a clear brief for the work ahead.
Design
The brief becomes a complete design direction for the space. We consider the layout, materials, finishes, fixtures and details as part of one connected whole, creating a design that feels personal, practical and resolved.
Refine
Good design develops through considered refinement. Together, we review the proposed direction, make adjustments where needed and ensure each decision remains aligned with your home, budget and priorities.
Deliver
Once the design is resolved, the next stage depends on the service selected. Full-service projects may include supplier coordination, selections, documentation and support throughout construction. For Demi Design and Consulting, you receive the direction, recommendations and documentation needed to move forward with confidence with your own builder or trades.
