This consultation is suited to clients who are ready to engage in the design process and would like professional guidance on their project direction. The session may include discussion around layout, spatial planning, materials, fixtures, and overall design approach. The consultation fee is redeemable against a design package should you choose to proceed with Studio Fernandes. Following the consultation, you’ll have clarity on your project direction and a clear understanding of the appropriate design pathway.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Fee Paid design consultations are $249.00 for a 60-minute session. The fee is payable at the time of booking. Purpose The consultation provides professional guidance on your renovation or knock-down rebuild project, including discussion of layouts, hard finishes, fixtures, lighting, and overall design direction. Redeemable Against Design Packages The consultation fee is fully redeemable against any Studio Fernandes design package should you choose to proceed with a project. Scope - The consultation is intended for high-level design guidance only. - It does not constitute a full design package unless subsequently engaged. - Studio Fernandes does not provide furniture styling or decorative-only advice during this session. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations may forfeit the consultation fee. Next Steps Following the consultation, Studio Fernandes will provide guidance on the most suitable design pathway and potential next steps for your project.
